Kate is a Registered Ballet Teacher with The RAD (Royal Academy Of Dance Ballet London) and can enter candidates for RAD examinations.
Kate is a Registered ISTD (Imperial Society Of Teachers Of Dance London) in the faculties of Ballet & Modern Theatre (Jazz) having completed the DDI & DDE in both. Kate also teaches ISTD Tap dancing.
Kate can enter candidates for ISTD Ballet, Modern & Tap and RAD Ballet Examinations. Kate also teaches her own unique Hip-Hop Syllabus.

The School of Dance
The Kate Buckey School Of Dance provides Ballet, Modern Jazz, Hip-Hop & Tap dance classes for ages 3 years old to young adults in Rathfarnham, Dundrum and Knocklyon in South Dublin.
We will guide each dancer to reach their own individual best potential through high standards of teaching. Classes are suitable for boys and girls of all abilities and levels. Our aim is to give pupils a love of dance.
Pupils take part in shows/displays/youtube videos and can take RAD and ISTD Dance Examinations throughout the year which gives students a goal and improves Pupils technically, artistically and gives them confidence.
We keep our classes small to provide High Quality Standards of teaching for each individual student in our dance classes.
We work and are available to teach in Primary and Secondary Schools in Dublin including weekly classes and workshops.
